Q: How do I get a pool pass?
A: Please go to the forms page and download the Facilities Registration and Disclaimer form. Please send the completed form to PCMS per the instructinos on the form.

Q: I'm planning on painting my house. What do I need to do?
A: When you paint and change your color scheme in any way, you will need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please go to the forms page of this website and download the Architectural Submittal Form. On this form you will find both a mailing address and fax number to which you may direct this form. Or leave it it the ACC Drop box that can be found at the Ridge House.

Q: I recieved a letter stating a problem with my home's appearance, who do I speak to?
A: Our property management company, PCMS, performs inspections of our neighborhood throughout the year. Every spring they inspect for faded or peeled paint since summer is the best time for most people to have their homes painted. If you feel you received an unreasonable request regarding your home's maintenance or appearance, please contact PCMS at 303-224-0004 ext 100.
