Facility Registration and Disclaimer Form

For you and your family members to access the Ridge House and pool the above form needs to be filled out and returned to the Ridge House. Note that this form is 2 pages in length with the second page containing the liability waiver. This form will also be used to process a request for your Access Card.

Architectural Submittal Form

Please use this to request Architectural Control Committee approval for painting your home or adding any change to your homes appearance. If you are unsure as to whether or not your project requires Committee approval, please check beforehand with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) (email).

Note: Only the Architectural Control Committee can approve projects. Getting signatures from all your neighbors does not mean your project is approved.

Please click below to download the current Paint Color lists if you would like to take them with you to get paint. The color scheme lists found in the front of the paint pallet books are on file at the local area businesses of Kwal, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams and Lowe's. At Home Depot and Lowe's, be sure to ask for the competitive formula. For Kwal, be sure to give them the name and number of the color selections so they can mix it if it's been discontinued.

Notice of Completion Form

The Notice of Completion form is used for the Section 8.07 Inspection of Work phase of your project. It is designed to help you provide the required written notice of completion for your final review. The Committee has determined that the reasonable time will be within fifteen (15) days of completion of work. An appointment may be required to inspect completed work if not in plain view. This work includes not only changes and additions you make to your external property, but should also be used for all painting completion notifications (even repainting with your original or previously approved color combination).

Submission is required for this Notice of Compltion to be approved by the ACC. For your convenience, the ACC, the Board, and the Management Company have set up the following: Place completed form in the ACC Drop Box at the Ridge House 4501 Enderud Blvd Castle Rock, CO OR Mail completed form to PCMS (Management Company) 7000 S. Multiuse Space Application

You will need to fill out this form if you wish to reserve a room at the Ridge House (Founders Community Center) for a private event. 14 day advance notice is required for all reservations. The rental rates are as follows: $15 per hour for the small rooms & $25 per hour for the large rooms.

If you wish to sign up for a class, please fill out the program registration form. You may wish to contact the Community Center to confirm class availability (call 720-733-2778).
